Morning main gate line duty…
Physics class at 3rd hour in 8Q. Chapter: "Magnetism" :: topic : "magnetic field & flux density". Demonstrated the properties of magnetic field lines. Used bar magnets & iron filings as material aid & blackboard as A-V aid. My Maya teacher (philosophy, MTTC) observed my class & the observation comments encouraged me a lot. Overall, it feels like, students got idea about magnetic field and lines of forces.
Chemistry class at 4th period in 9C1. Chapter: "Acids, bases & salts" :: topic: “Reaction of acids with metals". Used blackboard, ICT oriented activities as A-V aids & Mg metal, dil. HCl, test tube, spirit lamp were used as material aid. My Preetha teacher observed my class & guided me to perform demonstrations. Overall, it feels like, students understand the reaction of acids with reactive metals.
Physics class at 7th hour in 9Q. Chapter: "work, Energy & Power" :: topic: "positive , negative & zero work". I used box, ball as material aids, ICT-oriented activities, & Blackboard as A-V aids. Only 32 students were present. Overall, it feels like, students will be able to differentiate different situations into positive, negative & zero work.
