Used convex mirror, laser torch as material aids, & blackboard, PHET simulation “Geometric Optics”, and presentation as A-V aids. It feels like, students could distinguish the properties of image formed by concave & convex mirrors for different positions of object.

Chemistry class at 4th hour in 9C1. Chapter: "Acids, bases & salts" & topic: “Acids". Used blackboard, and presentation as A-V aids & pH paper, litmus paper, dil. HCl, dil. HNO3, water, soap solution, dil. NaOH, test tube, watch glass as material aids. Overall, it feels like, students will be able to understand concept of Acids & its properties.

It feels like, students could distinguish the properties of image formed by concave mirrors for different positions of object.

Feels like, students could make out ray diagrams of spherical mirrors.

Chemistry class at 4th period in 9C1. Chapter: "Acids, bases & salts" & topics: “Neutralization reactions" & “Neutralization & salts”. Used blackboard, presentation as A-V aids & dil. HCl, dil. NaOH, burette, pipette, holder, phenolphthalein, beaker, conical flask as material aids. Overall, it feels like, students got the concept of neutralization reactions & about the products formed in this process.

Used plane mirror, convex & concave mirrors, laser torch, protractor as material aids, & blackboard, PHET simulation “Geometric Optics”, and presentation as A-V aids. It feels like, students could distinguish the properties of image formed by spherical mirrors for different positions of object.

Chemistry class at 4th hour in 9C1. Chapter: "Acids, bases & salts" & topic: “Alkalies". Used blackboard, and presentation as A-V aids & Mg metal piece, holder, spirit lamp, water beaker, litmus paper as material aid. My Preetha teacher guided me & helped a lot to perform the demonstrations. Overall, it feels like, students will be able to understand concept of alkalies.

Physics class at 7th hour in 9Q. Chapter: "work, Energy & Power" :: topic: "Power". Used masses as material aids & Blackboard, videos and presentation as A-V aids. Feels like, students got clear idea on Power and its applications.

Overall, it feels like, students will be able to understand the causes of acid rain, its consequences, as well as the measures that could help reduce the acid rain.

Discussed energy conversions taking place in different equipments such as bulb, motors, microphone, heater, petrol vehicles, etc. Feels like, students can distinguish between various conversions of energies taking place in different equipments and the concept of law of conservation of energy.

Physics class at 3rd hour in 8Q. Chapter: "Magnetism" :: topic : "Permeability". I demonstrated the permeability. Used bar magnets, iron nuts, iron filings as material aids, & blackboard as A-V aids. Discussed all let us assess questions & gave notes. Feels like, students got a clear idea on permeability & its applications. 

Chemistry class at 4th hour in 9C1. Chapter: "Acids, bases & salts" ;; topic: “Reaction of acids with carbonates" & “Basicity & properties of acids”. Used blackboard, video & presentation as A-V aids & dil. HCL, litmus paper as material aids. My Preetha teacher helped a lot to perform the demonstrations. Feels like, students got the concept of basicity, properties of acids & reaction of acids with carbonates.

Physics class at 7th hour in 9Q, on the chapter: "work, Energy & Power" :: topic: "Work-Energy principle & Potential Energy". Used mass body, spring, rubber band as material aids & Blackboard, and presentation as A-V aids. Feels like, students got clear idea on energy and its types, & work - energy principle and its applications.

Chemistry class at 4th period in 9C1. & revised chapter: "Periodic Table" :: concept: “Metalloids”, worked out text book exercises & provided notes. Blackboard & phone were used as A-V aids & activity cards were used as material aids. My Neena teacher observed my class. My Preetha teacher gave me confidence for taking class.

Used presentations, blackboard & “Energy skate park” PHET simulation as A-V aids. Feels like, students had a conceptual & factual knowledge about Energy, types of energy, & kinetic energy.

Substitution for 7P & 7O, for the 3rd & 4th hour, students were combined.  3rd-(Hindi - Manu Sunny Mathew sir) & 4th-(Malayalam - Sunil R sir).

Physics class at 3rd hour in 8Q. Chapter: "Magnetism" :: topic : "magnetic field & flux density". Demonstrated the properties of magnetic field lines. Used bar magnets & iron filings as material aid & blackboard as A-V aid. My Maya teacher (philosophy, MTTC) observed my class & the observation comments encouraged me a lot. Overall, it feels like, students got idea about magnetic field and lines of forces. 

Chemistry class at 4th period in 9C1. Chapter: "Acids, bases & salts" :: topic: “Reaction of acids with metals". Used blackboard, ICT oriented activities as A-V aids & Mg metal, dil. HCl, test tube, spirit lamp were used as material aid. My Preetha teacher observed my class & guided me to perform demonstrations. Overall, it feels like, students understand the reaction of acids with reactive metals.

Physics class at 7th hour in 9Q. Chapter: "work, Energy & Power" :: topic: "positive , negative & zero work". I used box, ball as material aids, ICT-oriented activities, & Blackboard as A-V aids. Only 32 students were present. Overall, it feels like, students will be able to differentiate different situations into positive, negative & zero work.

Physics class at 3rd period in 8Q. Chapter "Magnetism", topic: "Magnetic flux density". I used the Blackboard as A-V aids & a magnetic compass, bar magnets, iron filings, Horseshoe magnets, and needles as material aids. Shown demonstrations of the magnetic needle, compass, the magnetic field, using iron filings over bar magnet. Overall, got new experience in handling a class in practical demonstrations. Test paper answer sheets were distributed to students.

Chemistry class at 4th period in 9C1 class. Chapter: “Periodic table” :: concept: "Ionization energy, metallic character, electronegativity & electropositivity". Used blackboard & UBUNTU software “KALZIUM” as A-V aid. Overall, it feels like, students got general idea about Ionization energy, metallic character, electronegativity & electropositivity and their variations along group & period in the periodic table.

Physics class at 1st period in 8Q. Chapter "Magnetism" :; topic: "Earth as a magnetic field". I used the Blackboard, “MAgnet & Compass” PHET simulation as A-V aids & bar magnet, Magnetic compass as material aids. Overall, it feels like, students got an idea about the Earth acting as a magnet, and the magnetic poles of earth compared with its geometric poles.

Chemistry class at 4th period in 9C1 class. Chapter: "Periodic table" & topic: Periodic trends in the periodic table". Used the UBUNTU Educational application "Kalzium", blackboard, & ICT oriented activities as A-V aids. Shown Periodic table, representative elements & transition metals. The colored compounds made with transition metals were shown.
